I would use delrin... its been tested 1000000 billion times as being extremely good acting as pistons and bolts...
just dont get it wet... because it will swell..

If you are going to fill your own tanks I recommend getting a 20lb or 50lb Co2 tank with siphon. Fill Station (about $40 for a good inexpensive one) and a digital scale. for the univeral refill adapter could I just use the part of an old broken paintball gun's drop forward? I mean the part that you screw the tank into.
