I think that a sch 80 T-6 aluminum alloy pipe can hold up to 100-200 psi at least .. The aluminum pipe is sch 80 and has a tencel streangth of like 10,000 psi or something like that. Im not sure you would have to check out the spects. Just use epoxy. I think modern technolohy has made it possiable . I would think that epoxy would be just as strong, maybe even stronger. If you want paint that will stick really good ,use truck bed liner spray paint. That stuff is great. I used a little on my cannon and I think its cool.
