Try drilling a large hole in a golfball about 3/4 of they way in, it whistles when you shoot it. Edit: You should link two golf balls together with a thin yet strong cord so that when you shoot them, the cord will cut things in it's path! :D Anyways, nice ammo, and I have the same question as Carter...

A sprinkler valve has equalization holes too, that doesn't mean it fills from the pilot. I fill my sprinkler valve from the pilot on my golfball gun, havent had a problem yet. Or maybe I have cursed the valve by filling it wrong? I bought a ASCO 2 Way Main Pulse Valve :D. Thanks for the link Cwazy1!

Yea, I would stay with the ball valve for now too. Then research on how piston valves work, what materials you can use that you can get easily, and all that good stuff. Plan it all out before you spend alot of cash on a big valve to save you the trouble of buying parts again if you mess up. ( like I...
