blowing with your mouth into the chamber to vent isn't blowing oxygen, its blowing nitrogen and other minority elements into the chamber. Dont use pure oxygen for venting, it works more as a combustion gas than a cleaner. If you want to vent use something like a fan or an air compressor to blow air ...

It is a plexiglass which is arcrylic. Arcrylic IS brittle, but is very strong. It does work, I pressure tested it to 500 PSI

i have lots of parts around (Computer guy) so i put in a metal fan and just lit it and one of the fans stayed but the other one totally got blown to shreds. even though its metal. Is my combustion too powerful?

in my spud gun (I have a dual chamber) I have a computer fan for each chamber. The first time i launched with the fan, the fan melted and the wires were stripped of their coating. What the hell is wrong? I've seen other people with built-in fans, but theirs didn't completely get blown to shreds.
