Looks like an interesting concept. Although I would be worried about the strength of the balloon.

Oh and wouldn't the pressure in the chamber be higher then that in the ballon which would allow the chamber air to push the ballon out of the way?

Well, one week it worked and the next it didn't. We didn't use it in between.
When we took the Air filter off the carburetter didn't look like it was clogged with anything.

Yeah were getting a spark, i got my dad to hold the spark plug while i pull the cord. He got zapped :P
Im not sure about the carburetor though, How would i tell if it was broken? And how would i fix it?

Broken mower

Hey guys, Just wondering if you could help me out.
Recently my mower broke (yesterday) :/ and I cant get it to work again.
We have changed the spark plug and cleaned the air filter but thats about as far as our mechanical knowledge goes.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

In the world of spuds today I finally found a QEV with a pressure rating higher the 1 bar XD. Its rated to 10bar, 1/2" porting and costs $80 AU. Im sold.

I have about a month or 2 to complete it so no real hurry there.

Yeah I was thinking something along the lines of that, although Im not sure about the cartridge thing. I dont really want the ashes coming back...
I'll have to do some testing when i get back to my mums house and my bits and pieces.
