Yeah Xbox, the larger sections of pipe automatically come with one end of the pipe flared, so u can get one flared barrel per 10 or 20 feet, depending how you purchase the pipe. My local store only offers 2.5" pipe in 20 foot sections. As far as making a piston valve, I haven't had any luck at all s...

I went to my local Ace Hardware store, They didn't have any in stock that day but placed an order for me that I was able to pick up in a few days. They also had a few different sizes of threads to choose from.

That a real work of art you have there. Everything on it looks clean as could be. Like the way you did the ignition. Although I bet it would be nearly impossible to get it high enough to use those scopes you have there. You happen to make a stand for it yet? Seems like it would be alot more pratical...

very cool you know, you can test the gun to 70psi only an hour after cunstruction and its prety much safe to fill all the way after about three hours Yeah but I think the key words there are pretty much. Which doesn't mean 100% of the time. Safety is key for me when building my cannons. So I don't ...

Great job for a first cannon. Just throw on a slab of paint to cover those primer stains and that thing will be extremly nice. I like the fact u have already made plenty of different barel sizes for it. Two thumbs up. :blob6:

Dude, that's an awsome cannon. I absolutly love the stand. I like the idea of using bungees rather than springs. Great job. Can't wait to see it when u get it up and running again.

Yeah, the chemicals in bug spray also eat away at the cement used to hold the peices together. So not only would u eventually have to worry about a failing chamber, but also the fittings coming loose. THis is after constant use of it though. One time is nothing to worry about. Good luck with your pr...

I noticed that too Cyanite, how can the piston stay sealed on the barrel of the UZI? The Schrader is on the handle part which as air is put in would just open it correct? Unless that thing is possibly a spring behind it. Havn't had experience with that so not sure how it would work.

Beautiful breech loader u have there. I like the way u didn't paint all of the barrel so u can tell when it isn't closed all the way. Great gun.
