I recommend a ratio of .6 to .8 for a quiet gun, the lower the ratio, the more quiet the gun. Though dont drop it too much or you will lose performance really quick. Try venting it for an hour, and then put VERY LITTLE fuel in. I think you got too much fuel. A rule of thumb is that when a combustion doesnt fire coz of fuel problems, you got too much fuel, never too less.
