get a shorter hose... and buy a "gun sleeve" that goes over a rifle... it would just slide over the hose and use zip straps to hold it in place.

Ahh, its an easy fix, long as you are using a thin barrel (are you?). Near the breach, like a few inches from the vortex, you take a very small triangular file (a larger file will work, tilt it at 45 degrees), and file out a very fine notch at the top of the barrel, so that only a little tiny openi...

One way of lowering the ROF is by adding a tight piece of flexible tubing at the breech, it will also give you more power as it allows pressure to build up in the BB chamber before it fires. The tricky bit is to get the right compression in the tube that will release the BB only when high pressure ...

wow, that's a lot of rounds per second... does anyone know how to decrease the rate of fire with a vortex? that seems excessive.

hey thanks for the input guys... i have a contact that is supposed to be getting in smaller solenoids and they will let me know when they get them... and i will buy one and try it out. the reason for the large size and what not is that it's going inside a larger piece... i won't disclose my project ...
