Right, but the air is going to want to travel via the path of least resistance, AKA the barrel, which puts much less pressure onto the spring. If you use the P*A formula, it would put 80 lbs of pressure on the spring, which seems way too high.

Yea, I think I've figured it out. The regulator wants an on/off valve, not the pin valves found in paintball tanks. At least this gives me an excuse to get a 10lb CO2 tank. :lol:

I recieved my Taprite regulator in the mail today. It screws onto the CGA 320 threads of my 20oz CO2 tank fine, but I noticed it has no way to push down on the release valve of the CO2 tank. Instead, the O-Ring of the regulator simply rests on the shoulder of the male threads on the tank. http://i13...
