i machined the part myself with a file !! on a wood lathe all the bit exposed to high pressure air are over 1mm thick, and brass. but the 3/8" to what ever main body bit is stock standard.

how much pressure do reckon it will hold?? rough guess maybe, bit hard with out know correct specs i guess

hmmm, yeah spose they would after a while. well it all depends on how much the valves move i guess ... i spose if you machine all your parts outta hard steel then they wont deform !! dont forget that aluminium are very malleable metals if that makes sense ..... check my original post i have added pi...

Oh well it was a low rated one any way ! plus it was made in 1978. lol so what should i use for a tank ? some thick galv pipe ? i've got some of that !

normal operating pressure : 1034 Kpa
high pressure testing : 2 Mpa
