Is the tube leading up to the barrel deliberately greater than the BB diameter? If so the air will probably flow into the mag and agitate the BBs, thereby acting like a cloud BBMG. The curve can surely help the feeding, but make sure it does not block the flow. Keep in mind that this way, all bbs may get pushed out just because of the spring pushing them through the barrel.
