Jimmy, I don't like your pessimism. If everyone thought like you, we'd still be in the dark ages.

nah, you're fine with the 1.5" but you might want to make a .5" or .75" barrel just to shoot smaller stuff. The flow isn't too much of a problem, just not optimal...I would keep it as is. Sorry to throw you off-guard.

the limited airflow comes from: 1. the sprinkler valve (actually not too bad) but when upgraded to a piston or QEV, the difference is noticable 2. The fact that the ports on the sprinkler valve (.75"?) are smaller than your barrel (1.5"). So basically, you're constricting flow just to release and ex...

I like it! Extremely nice for a first! Make sure to add a barrel support. Flow may be a problem but I don't think you'll be able to notice it, seeing how it's your first. Maybe add a breech loader because the barrel is so long. **On the Sprinkler Valve-you're going to want to plug the solenoid hole ...

I would suggest getting a larger size dowel and sanding it down to the perfect size to avoid using electrical tape for a buffer. But if i were you, i'd just do that on the next one, this one is already finished and it looks great. But you might have problems with the duct tape sealing, maybe try a p...

Actually, that looks like an electronic "zapper" stapler. Very nice, a friend of mine built one but increased the voltage on it. Nice drozd, yours is all black, did you paint it (mines black/yellow) and where did you get the longer barrel? Have you done any accuracy tests or whatnot? How does it inc...

i still want it to be a 1 handed wepon so i can pump it with the other hand. A word of advice. Don't ever call any spudgun a weapon - that gets you into big legal messes. Weapon suggests it is intended for causing injury to people or animals, and it's not a good habit to be in to link a recreationa...
