that motor looks like it was intended for something else... it doesnt have a chuck for a lathe on it. you'll want that. also you may have an issue with this thing loosening while its running, thats not gonna end nicely.

ooooh burn.... Mate best advice, go to bunnings and grab some pvc or steel/brass fittings depending on the pressure your using. (pvc for 0-150psi + anything above that use steel) buy a Quick Exhaust Valve (QEV) off eBay/local pneumatic shop. Exhaust valves are basically a ready made piston valve. it...

thanks for the advice man. have you used the soda stream bottle with that regulator? i have a soda stream bottle that i bought ages ago.. i still need that adapter though. the bottle i have says its around 4000 psi for memory. are you sure that regulator is safe? nice gun by the way ;)
