Re: Pete's Easy Peasy Hybrid
That makes me wonder if maybe bigger and or longer bolts might have been a good idea. Maybe 5/8" bolts 1" longer next time? That would significantly increase sectional density. Just remember to keep the centre of gravity ahead of the centre of pressure. http://www.rockets4schools.org/images/Basic.R...

Re: Spudchukker III - Piston Hybrid
Great to see this finished! Love the renderings as well, they'll come in handy when helping people build similar cannons. If you want, upload some renderings with your username on them to save us having to attribute the renderings to you if we use them elsewhere on the forum (or in youtube videos).

Re: hybrid fueling
It depends on how you're fuelling. There have been several different approaches.
However, the maths for two common approaches is already addressed here: http://www.spudfiles.com/hybrid-cannons/topic13602.html

Double barrelled 3x hybrid
This is yet another of my completely un-planned cannons, seeing a pack of these on the shelf: http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii62/balee88/P1020211.jpg ... I thought I'd give it two independently firing barrels and chambers. Finally hybrids are noisy beasts so barrel shrounds / suppressors were mandatory. ...
