it might, but two issues I see are you dont block of air from the pilot so when you pulll the blowgun you let air out of your main chamber as well as the pilot, a three way valve would be much better suited. Also on some of the regulators I have seen the bottom port is on the low side so you wouldnt...

One thing to look out for is you can not hook up bike chain to a chain saw as easily as you might think, the sprockets and chains are opposite, on a bike the sproket fits into holes in the chain while on a chainsaw a the teeth on the chain fit into holes in the sprocket. Also if you want to use the ...

Im by no means an accomplished machinist but that should work quite well for you, the only thing is the travel is quite short just .03 of an inch, however you dont need to use all the travel just to get an idea of which way you need to go. One thing to look out for is mounting systems, many I see ar...

I used to shoot the wax that's wrapped around babybel cheese out of my slingshot at walls with pretty good success. edit: saefroch wouldnt tar wrapped in a plastic wrapper be perfect? its like a ready round because that would stop it from sticking to your barrel but it would spread out and stick on ...

What about a similar adhesive to what's used in sticky grenades, I believe the British used them.

Edit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sticky_bomb

Reedit: they use birdlime an adhesive used for trapping birds

I think burst disks are allowed but not used because it seems to me that they want to control the air flow, too much at once and they blow up the pumpkin.

Are you sure you have the ports correct? you could be filling from the barrel which would open the qev enter the chamber then out the pilot which you could have set up as the barrel.

I think your pilot is far to big also, even if its not whats causing it, you should cut down the size, you will see a performance increase.

I could be wrong but I believe you only need the piston to travel back 1/4 the diameter of the sealing face for full flow.

Edit haha missed the bottom of tech's post, that's much better information.

looking good, its nice to see a full sized well executed advanced combustion again. Before the dwv police come ill just let you know the elbows look like they are short socket dwv fittings. That seems to bug a lot of people here but for me as long as it works and youre safe while using it, it doesnt...
