Just thought i'd mention something about the Venom. The owner of Spudgunextreme.com has decided to feature the Venom under his "spud pic's" category. It feels kind of cool to have a cannon displayed on a spudgun business site.

Ohhh...know what else those muzzle breaks are great for? They are crown protectors! They are protecting the end of the barrel from getting dinged or chipped.

Sweet video. Nice to see a massive spud flinger chuck those things through TVs and thick wood doors! Fun time for sure. About loading tennis balls with water and lead shot etc, this is just a guess here but this company is probably not going to make a video doing anything that they wouldn't suggest ...

I *could* make this design fo the price of getting pipe bent and maybe a few "o" rings. The major part is the time sourcing free materials (which can be done btw) and my time machining the parts. Total cost would be around $20 and a carton of beer. If labour AND materials were included i would quot...

and yes I know :!: :!: Don't use DWV pipe :!: :!: Maybe some year it will fail the pressure test as planned and the ABS DWV test will no longer be a failure. :D Lol yeah, no kidding. Now I don't have tons of spudding experience under my belt, but I have yet to see a single shred of evidence pointin...

You have to click the words of the video, or the little thumbnail of the video itself, then its blows up and gives a play button.

Decently priced metal supply store

Found this. Pretty low cost compared to what I have seen at least.

Re: Co-axle, bolt-action, barrel-mag?

Ok, right now I am in the design stage for a paintball/similar-sized-object sniper rifle. In my head i wanted to make it a co-axle. barrel mag, bolt-action. Unfortunately, i can't seem to visualize how these would all fit together. Am I trying to combine incompatible features? Any advice would be m...

I really like the creative thinking you have done here. Its a great. I'm not sure if it will work the way you are hoping for however. What I see happening is the spring simply adding to the pressure in the chamber by a small amount. You could just do away with the spring and pressurize your chamber ...

Hm. Vidya doesn't work. Why not just try YouTube? Also, as to the night shooting... well of course. Video cameras do not fare very well with low-light conditions. I would try either using IR (if your camera is equipped) or an HD camera with the EV balance adjusted up. You have to click the li...

2 hose clamps per handle is really strong. Make sure they are spread apart far enough for evenly balanced strength. Is this build in progress? Can we have some pics?

Cool, thanks man. So wait, this thing is going to be steel or aluminum?
