Well, I decided to name my creation HellHound, but heres the question, whats the best way to cut 0.04 aluminum? I can keep cutting it with a blade, but the blade gets dull FAST and the first few cuts really ruins the paint, so what ways do you guys use?I also have a hacksaw, but it kinda bends the m...

How do I make one? Sandwich an o-ring between two pipes and in case it in a nipple? I also read somewhere that I can cut two slits top and bottom of the pipe and then put an o-ring in the slits

I understood this like 4 hours ago, I only asked the question because while you're not changing the material and wall thickness, you're changing the volume of the tube, and I thought it would decrease PSI holding ability
