I would try machining a conical sealing face on your lathe, made from something like HDPE it should be able to seal well. (as long as the sealing face of the barrel is very smooth)

He lets them roll over a small piece of steel plate, and then they drop in the container. The surface tension will take care of the shape.

One of the things showing confidence is overtaking someone just before an exit :roll: I really don't get their logic, they let you fail if you just cruise ...
