thats how it works. look at my build http://www.spudfiles.com/pneumatic-cann ... 25393.html
basically the same idea on my pilot, just machined by me. At 400 psi it's fairly hard to pull it back. I use to lube it with silicon oil for a easier pull

BLD 3 hammervalve project
So I decided to post a new topic with this project because I am planning to "make it happen".
I was hoping to use the barrel exit gas to pull back the hammer like on the FX Revolution (no semi though).Hope it works

Re: my second 6mm. custom QEV sniper airgum
do you think this concept will perform better than my current one on regulated 30 bar pressure ?

Re: my second 6mm. custom QEV sniper airgum
what you meassured was in inches, meaning 1/4" you must search the pipe in metric units. (I work with this king of pipes, don't realy know where you can buy it, especialy in small quantities)

Re: my second 6mm. custom QEV sniper airgum
hy there, so I took your advice and made a detent loading mech, I think it achived semi, but I tested it on a lower gas pressure, because my co2 tank was nearly empty. Anyway, here are some pics, video will come when I'll carge my co2 tank.
It still needs some finishing.

Re: my second 6mm. custom QEV sniper airgum
thanks "Talk"for the ideea but youre wrong, absolutely no air passes through the magazine hole because the push-forward piston directs the gaz beyond the magazine hole as I fire the gun, the problem is the piston (as the gas travels through the piston, pushing it forward, it looses velocity -> lower...

Re: my second 6mm. custom QEV sniper airgum
I tried my second atempt of a push-forward loading mech, the result was prety decend, considering the loading works , the bb's don't rush all at once to the barell, they don't get crushed in between, BUT the fps went from hero tfo zero , can't even pierce through a can from 2 feet away

I have tried the push forward loading mechanism, that was the initial design, but it turnet out to be too much power and it splits out the bb cought in between. No o-ring seal, it's a tight fit , so very little gas escapes. It's definetly not the final version of loading mech., but it's the current ...

my second 6mm. custom QEV sniper airgun updated
hope you like my new airgun, it runs 30 bar regulated CO2, and shuts 6 mm steel BB.
not yet finished, still needs grinding , sanding and polishing
The CO2 comes through a high pressure hose to the back of the mechanism.
Better pics soon. THX

Im planning to make 3/2 dcv pilots hpa coaxial but mayby just unreg co2 Ammo vould be steel ball berings whatever you do, make sure that the 3/2 pipe fittings are thick enough, because in my first airgun some of them cracked on 30 bar of pressure, so be carefull as your unregulated co2 can easely d...
