That is Probably shear strength not pressure rating, the pressure rating entirely depends on the materials you are bonding and the thickness of the joint.

Epoxy and Plastic or Metal sheet ? Make a Hollow Rectangle the internal size of a CD with a fitting on the top and a spacer to stop the disc covering the exhaust.

@Goats spudz: i have a hacksaw , a dremel, no problem cutting steel but i can't drill in steel,even alumium , :( :( although my hand srill is very strong, maybe because my technique i am learning how to dril :cry: :cry: Use a sharp HSS or cobalt drill bit and "pulse" the trigger on the hand drill, ...

I wouldn't use a router for shaping, I think its better suited for hiding components inside wood.

Can you not get some Aluminium or Brass sheet (3 - 4mm) and cut it out with a hacksaw.
