The IPLA is a very informal association of Spud Launching enthusiasts around the world. Its membership can be counted as membership of the forums at spudtech.com and spudfiles.com. UK members can be found mainly at uksgc.co.uk.

Competitions and meets are often arranged under the banner or the IPLA.
