How about cabbage? They used it on Junkyard Wars as wadding for the recovery system of a model rocket.

saladtosser, you just gave me a great idea!

I work at a pizza place. We've got this silicone parchment paper that we use to keep food off the pans... goes through the 500 degree oven no problem. I'll have to "liberate" a few sheets...

I have noticed that there only seem to be 5 sizes of bottle caps:
the 2/1/mini liter soda bottle ones; too big for 1"
the 3 liter soda bottle ones; I acctually didn't get around to measuring them - couldn't find any at china*mart.
the milk jug lids; 1.5"
"lid"; bit too big for 1.5" sdr 21.
"big lid"; 2" sch 40

*note that all I had to compare them to was 1" #40, 1.5" #40, 1.5" sdr 21, and 2" #40.

And that's all the beverage lids I'v ever seen.

I cannot believe someone else discovered these pushup things. I was eating some pushups that my grandma bought and thought about them fitting in 1.5" barrels. They fit so perfectly its not even funny. Well, maybe it is, but not only are they perfect wadding, but they taste so damn good. Also, for a gallon milk lid, you gotta pay the $3-4 for the thing. It costs the same ammount for a pack of 9 pushups. Just pull the sticks off the disks and shove down the barrel. It's so good of a fit, you can fill the barrel all the way with water and then launch that. Happy shooting/ eating pushups guys.

Yeah, and I'm still mad that I can't make my text green on this forum. I suppose I can't be known as Mr. Green much longer, at least not on Spudtech.

But you can. Put in front of your text, and at the end.

Huh! I love you so much! I couldnt figure out the code for this forum. Ah! Eee! Other random noises of joy! Blast! I cannot use lime green, for it is too light against this plain white background. I must now resort to.... REGULAR GREEN!? *screams as I raise my arms and look up at the camera as it zooms out of the overhead shot of me in the rain* Well, I need to go edit all my entries and change my signature now...
