massive ball bearing

I have a couple like that, they were 1.9" dia. The problem was the kick broke the under-over elbows on the gun!

I was making a joke with narcotic connotations ;)

One of my colleagues used to be a landscaper and claims to have a couple of 2" solenoid valves lying around, we'll see :D

70mm? Should be easyer to find that then a 2.75" pipe here... A 2" valve and a bit of iar would do that ball well though!

If your ball bearing weighs anything close to a 24 Oz bottle of gatoraid......it will travel just fine.
If you go pneumatic, go longer on the barrel than you think.
That ball will fit a 3" scd 80 PVC pipe perfect...enough.
If you need a perfect sabot...use a 24 Oz Gatoriad bottle.

If you build something to launch that thing....account for the recoil.
My future cannons will aline thrust with the earth or structural support.
