A couple of days ago, I made a simple pykrete mold, and decided to film the results. I’m sure most of you have already made and shot some, but for those who care, here’s some photos and a video…

<a href="http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o139/jpotts90/PykreteMold.jpg"><img src="http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o139/jpotts90/PykreteMold.jpg" height=100 alt="The Mold, Fresh Out of The Freezer" /></a> <a href="http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o139/jpotts90/BeforePykrete.jpg"><img src="http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o139/jpotts90/BeforePykrete.jpg" height=100 alt="The Un-Used Pykrete Projectile" /></a> <a href="http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o139/jpotts90/AfterPykrete.jpg"><img src="http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o139/jpotts90/AfterPykrete.jpg" height=100 alt="The Pykrete, After 3 Shots" /></a>

A video… I couldn't find a decent picture to use as the thumbnail...

It worked pretty well, and packed a good punch. I didn’t have to wait for the pykrete to thaw out for it to fit in the barrel.
