Has anyone ever used ordinary grapes as a projectile, because the other day while browsing the forums an idea popped into my head..."supersonic grapes" so anybody that has fired grapes or has any info that could be offered to me on this topic it would be greatly appriciated.

as shotgun round? or single round ... if single round i assume that it will disintigrate in the barrel because they are very fragile... if you want to use them as a shotgun type round you should get green grapes because they are the more robust (durable) grapes

1.It would be a single shot
2.They can be lubricated and they're tougher than you think
3.If they break in the barrel I will freeze them
-I am determined to break the sound barrier with a grape!!!!-

Well, if you are looking to break the sound barrier, I suggest freezing them. Plus, having it frozen makes it nice and slippery.

I have shot grapes out of my homemade paintball cannon, they rip apart pop cans quite easily.

I'm sure you could. Wonder what would happen when the grape hit? Would it leave little spots of juicyness, or would it be gone forever(zorz)?
