ryno was painting a valve cap with duplicolor chrome paint, and then the cap flew off. it made a big fountain of chrome paint, it was kind of funny at first but then I realized it went all over the garage floor... tried to get rid of it with mineral spirits but it just smeared it all over.

think you have 2 choices (neither of them great) 1) paint the whole floor 2) wait for the paint to wear off. I've tried to get dried paint off concrete...unless its polished you are not going to get it all off (well mayhap a sand blaster would work. didn't try that)

It will just make your parents feel like they walked into some rich mans garage, then they will realise their same old son is there and realise it's not heaven [:p][:p][:p];););)

Maybe you could egt a belt sander with some heavy grain paper and sand it away.
