Wimps, The one I made which has dwv fittings galore baby haha!

I think we've had this discussion before frank, I know I posted mine and it was fine, so I'm guessing it's still cool, but let's let a moderator lay down the final word.

@kablooie,
You know those husky tanks are pretty light and I don't see why they wouldn't work well. It will be heavy when you fill here up though. Still, thats a pretty good idea

Ah you are making a water gun :)

If you can use ABS, use it. It can handle chemicals better then PVC.
It also depends on how much you will be using this.
If you just put gasoline in, "do your dragon thing" and then store it with an open cap so it can vent out, your pvc will live much longer then if its holding the gasoline 24/7.
Till the day I'm dieing, I'll keep them spuddies flying, 'cause I can!

From a legal point, Bad. My friend at the gas station was saying it's like a 50,000$ fine to store gas in unapproved containers. (So be careful).
I've run out and used 2-liters or smaller bottles and they never melted.
Hmm... maybe a 2-liter/similar plastic liner?

Also, I've used The "Kreem" product biggsauce linked to, to coat a rusted gas tank. It's professional stuff but a little expensive.

I am trying to add a link to a site the guy built something similar out of PVC, but the page has been having difficulties for few days now. :( 8)
