HEHEHEH! The title says it all. I am thinking about making the ultimate damage vid. Well..at least the ultimate hand held cannon damage vid hopefully.
I want to send an 1 1/2" steel ball with a nice, strong sabot down the barrel of the Venom (in my sig) at a nasty 3X. That should send it at 500fps down range, blasting through anything that gets in its way. I envision concrete blocks blasting into pieces, several sheets of 1" plywood giving way to the fast moving, heavy round. Sound like fun?!?!

It sounds like the start of a recipe for a broken arm to be honest. But as I don't know the weight of the Venom, I can't do recoil calculations to know what to expect.

You should never ignore the potential for recoil to be dangerous.
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?

Yeah, you might want to slowly move up the mass of your projectiles, especially if you move up to 3x...and continue to handhold it.

I second that. I got a bad bruise when I moved from oranges to a full Gateraid in the 3 inch barrel on my 2 inch valve air cannon. Only 80 PSI about knocked me on my butt, even though I was expecting it and leaned into it. It would have helped tremendously if I had removed my keyring from my pocket. Ouch!
