DYI, is that gun up on Spudfiles here. If so do you have a link to it? I'm looking to start a hybrid project right now. D_Hall where did find that pipe or did you buy it?? It's just standard sch 160 2" pipe right??
Yea, that's definitely going to get you at least a tazer.

I haven't posted it yet, as I've been busy. All going well, it should be up tomorrow.

The pipe Dave's talking about is just standard Schedule 160 steel. Just making sure D_Hall, you have measured the golfballs you're planning on using, right? It would certainly suck to shell out for SCH 160 steel only to find out that it's just a bit too small.

Sounds like it could be a good choice. GBs are usually as close above 1.68" as possible to give them the best possible ballistic co-efficent, so you needn't worry about the balls being too large.

Also, I tend to find that metal pipe has a slightly higher ID than it's advertised as having (although PVC seems to be the other way round, a tighter bore than advertised) - and although not a hard and fast rule, usually correct, so it sounds like a perfect match.

Then why did you say: "Pneumatic, I presume"? Complete disjoint there... :D

@DYI: 20x oxy/propane?!? Jeebus.
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?
