2'' pipe

i just bought 2'' pipe with both nsf-pw and nsf-dwv written on it. it also said it was good to 280psi. why is it both pw and dwv

Well, if it can be used for pressure systems it can also be used for drainage, waste and ventilation.
Most pw pipe also says dwv, thats just the way it's made.
As long as it has a pressure rating on it, you are safe.

they put dwv on all pipe. it just means that it CAN be used for dwv. go ahead and use it

I don't want to start a new thread and my question is sort of along the same lines as HDP's so.. Here it is. I bought 10' of 4" SDR-26 today, it was supposed to be SCH40 but I didn't notice till I was already home. I was planning on using it to make several chambers for combustions but now I'm not sure as it's so thin. The pipe is NSF-pw and reads 160PSI, is it safe for use as a combustion chamber?
btw.. It will be metered propane if that matters

Combustions rarely peak at over 40psi, so you should be fine. No worries, but if you can, switch to sch40 for durability.

Hair spray combustions that is, Metered propane combustions can get up to 80psi I believe, either way I think you should be fine.
