Hey, I recently built a TB cannon and it worked pretty damn well. But, I found that Lacrosse Balls ( which are a tiny bit less than 2.5" in diameter) fit pretty well in some SCH 40 2.5" PVC pipe. Lacrosse balls are about 5 ounces in weight. So, If you are the proud owner of a TB cannon... Try a LAX ball and you will be most definitly suprised with the reaction!

Note: Lax balls tend to give a bit more kick than a tennis ball :twisted:

kind of pointless poll... :roll:
Anyways, I would think that they would gather quite a bit of top spin leaving the barrel, due to their rubbery manner. Beware when shooting at a range that they will curve down quite a bit.
