Cloud/vortex component...

I was at home depot, And I saw an awesome deal on a sand blaster by Husky.
It was $13 and has a removable nozzle so it's basically a blow nozzle w/ a kick a#@ handle and trigger, similar to a metal pneumatic tool.
So I got side tracked.

There's a component I was waiting to share until I build a vortex/cloud out of. But I don't think it will be good.

It's a die cast metal 3/4" pull box for electrical(conduit body). The one I picked up has 1/2" threaded openings, one on each side and one sticking out the side where I was planning to add a ball valve to attach the magazine so the chamber will be more efficient.

I know it's die cast, not pressure rated but it seems like it could hold 120
psi.

I was thinking of building a toy because the combination of these two would make a great little metal cloud. and the pull box accepts electrical or plumbing threads so I was planning on adding a vented thin metal barrel shroud and throwing together an awesome little cloud.

But I don't think the (edit:threaded electrical conduit body)pull box(with a rubber gasket added) can handle the 125 psi. They also have plastic electrical pvc ones but I don't know?

Also I noticed the gray pvc sch 40 but no pressure rated rigid pipes for electrical are like $2 for ten feet  :?:

I'd say your could put some preety good pressure through there. I'd probably trust it to withstand 120 psi.

The handle is threaded at the bottom and it works exactly the same as a blow nozzle, the instructions give 40up to 125psi. It comes w/ 10ft. of hose for the sand intake which makes me wonder
 If this thing can suck sand through 10ft. of hose into the pipe at the front and out the nozzle, If I add a thick metal bb reservoir and a barrel behind the screw on aluminum piece at the front we may have a new almost ready made bbmg!!!

Anyway I will try to come back and edit my post w/picture and add pic of the pull box (I'm not sure if that part can handle 125psi).

But the sand blaster comes w/ allen key and if you look at the line on the front of the sprayer, that hole(blackand the silver nozzle) part is removable leaving a tip that can be epoxied into a 1/2" threaded fitting also!!!

A lot better than a 6-8$ blow nozzle IMO

Sorry about the double...here's the way I wanted to configure it:

Sure would be nice and compact and all metal, the problem is the "Threaded conduit box" is die cast metal(not very thick)...

Maybe It'll make a nice lower pressure air soft toy for my nephews. Airsoft's just not my thing.

Anyway, you can see the nozzle removed here.
And the fitting I will try to attach a magazine and barrel to that might just make a new type bbmg!!!
Small and practicly ready-made!!!

BTW If I keep the pull box in the build I was planning to rotate it 90 from how it is in the pic, add a ball valve and magazine to the threaded hole kind of like a sten gun and add a vented metal barrel shroud.
