cut of one end of a AA battery and use a 3/8" drill bit to git all of the crap out of it (MnO2 i think). then fill it up with molten lead, before the lead cools put a nail into the lead as a stabilizer. i have not fired one of these yet, once me and pat finish are 500 cubic inch hybrid one of these will go flying at mach2

Cool but you have a half in barrel on a 600ci hybrid :? or is it going to be wadded.
A 600ci hybrid should have atleast a 2in bore, much preferrabley 3in or even 4in.

well we were going to use a very long 1/2" barrel, but a 3 or 4" barrel does sound like a lota fun :D

do you think 4" sch 40 pvc would be ok for a hybrid barrel? It is so big I think the pressure wouldn't build up to high in it.

Drex keep in mind that if you try to use a aa battery in type:l copper pipe the battery won't fit I've tried you should try 3/8'' sling shot ammo with a lot of wadding that works great puts holes in alot of stuff!

I am pretty sure he made sure that it fit. It is a little smaller than the aa battery because he molded it inside of it.

Killjoy used a sch 40 pvc for his barrel for FEAR, and it had over 1800 ci of volume...

If you want to add a cool fin to the back of that slug, try an "IDEAL" brand yellow wire nut just put the nail through it and into the slug to attach it.

BTW when a projectile strikes something sideways rather than nose first it's refered to as "keyholed" 8)
