Home Depot and Lowes have them, but it doesn't sound like you live in the US, so you may have to look for a plumbing supply store.

It takes a bit of searching, but at the Home Depot near me, they are in the fastener section.

EDIT: I hope you meant to say 3 inches around, because if you really meant 3 feet, you are definitely going to have to buy a lot of smaller ones and hook them together.

7" in diameter is the largest they will have and can be found where the plastic and rubber hoses are. Are you talking about 3' as stretched out (circumference) or the diameter measurement?

i can make hose clamps as long as i want, i get a roll of steel strip with those grooves on, cut of the length you want and put the lock/screw on and you are ready to go.

i made 6 of them about a meter long (3.3') to reinforce a chamber

they are stainless

They sell them based on diameter is the reason asked. Home Depot can fix you up with what you're looking for. A couple of those seven inchers end to end will get you to 44" or so.

@Spudfarm: That's cool you can build your own sized clamp. I wouldn't mind getting my hands on some of that.
