I don't know if anyone has or not, but I don't see why they wouldn't work. I would also be easy to cast a lot of them in a short amount of time.

I have! I took a two inch thick piece of plastic, and pulled out a specialty drill bit that had the shape of a bullet. I drilled into the sheet plastic, and a little bit beyond to allow me to poke it out when I was done. You'll need to get some liquid latex and coat the inside of your mold lightly. I filled it with plaster of paris and let it dry. When it is dry, poke it out, pull out the latex in one piece and keep it on the bullet to make it air tight in the barrel.

i havent made plaster bullets, but i have made rubber bullets out of hot glue, which you could use the same mold. take a small piece of pipe the same diameter as your barrel, find something that fits snugly in it and wrap it in tinfoil. remove the object and leave the tinfoil in the pipe. then fill the tinfoil with plaster and let it dry. when it is dry, take the bullet out of the pipe, and remove the tinfoil. there you go hope it helped :)
