Bike Tire Filler...

I've got limited internet right now, but wanted to discuss my CO2 Bike tire filler some.
It's an "Ultra-flate plus" for 16 gram cart.s.
But I've used 12 gram (More narrow and slightly shorter).
It gives about a 3 second burst or 6 quick pulls to empty one.
It is threaded to accept threaded cartridges. But it takes non-threaded also.
And the nozzle fits car/bike shraders OR presta valves simply pop in.
I was planning to use it for a burst-disc cart. design.
My Question: would a presta valve work for a burst disk if I lock the burst-disc cart. in place somehow?
If so I am thinking of a pump-action mag-fed design.
Also I have put 8 gram N2O (nitrous oxide) cart.s by adding coins into the handle.
I was planning on filling a balloon to test it's flammability (taped to a broomstick).
Next Question: Could the flame re-enter the N2O cartridge?
(A long time ago I puposely ruptured spent cart.s, I don't want to lose a hand).
Also I've proven my theory that when I invert the filler, looks like mostly liquid CO2 shoots out and the cartridge empties alot faster.
Next question: I noticed carbon fiber 3000 psi air tanks for paintball (With a nifty compact 7000 psi gauge on top too BTW!)
I wonder if this could handle 3000 psi rather than the 850 or so from CO2?
(The tank would be screwed in to the metal threads for threaded cart.s somehow)
Other thought: The filler could be used as a trigger to safely pilot a high pressure piston valve (but sort of expensive for that).
Other Question: Do the threads on a threaded CO2 match tire shrader valve threads? (Sounds silly but the store is far away)
Thanks in advance and Hello to All! I'll check back later.
