Well that is because they don't exist. I am assuming you are using the 2" pipe for your chamber, so you need to make sure to use NSF-PW fittings, which means you will need 3 or so fittings to do that.
Heres the order:
2" Female socket coupler
2"-1" bushing
1" pipe
1" Female socket to 1" male threaded coupler
There may be 1" male socket x 1" male threaded couplers, but I haven't run across them yet in NSF-PW PVC.
If you don't get this, ask for clarification.

Do not look back, and grieve over the past, for it is gone;
Do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come;
Live life in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering.

How I did this was by purchasing a PVC pipe nipple, a 1" thread x 2" slip bushing, and a 2" coupling
a 1" PVC nipple
a 1" thread x 2" slip bushing
a 2" coupling
Glue the bushing into the coupling, then screw the nipple in the valve and the bushing. That simple.

If you cant find a 2->1 then try:
2->1,5 + 1,5-> 1
Or something like that.
