So I have two close-fitting brass tube sections glued together concentrically, with the inside of one glued to the outside of a smaller one. I need to get them apart fairly cleanly, since I glued it too soon in my construction process. I used Gorilla Super Glue. I was thinking I could maybe melt the glue with my propane torch and pull the outer tube off with a pliers or something while it was still hot, does anyone have experience with this type of thing?

Most glues and even epoxy break down an burn at much lower temperature than brass melts. Use lots of ventilation. Often the fumes are toxic.

Some glues will turn to a powdery mess if you roast them to death and since these are brass tubes they won't be hurt by trying it.
The copper glue I used on my cannon does just that, in fact those are the removal instructions, to heat with a torch.
Not much in the way of other options.

No, inhale them and see if you get high.
If you did you could sell the stuff and buy some top notch spud-gear.
It would be better if it's addictive though, but then it would be bad to try or sell.
Hmmm....
Yes, just fry the glue off in a well ventilated area. I don't know if brass will be affected by how fast it cools or not(???...anyone..)
Seems like it might get more brittle if it cools too fast(?)... 8)
