I just painted my old gb gun with rustoleum because it sticks well to PVC but then relized it has acetone in it, will it weaken the gun, should I stop using it. I also noticed regular Krylon paint contains acetone.

Well the rustoleum says it has two chemicals in fusion and also acetone. But if krylon has acetone then you should be fine...

Many people don't use krylon fusion for their pvc cannons, and they still survive, but I'm always a little toward the safe side. Did you paint the whole thing with the rustoleum?

I don't think you have very much to worry about. The acetone in the paint is far from pure and I doubt even straight acetone would have much effect on a PVC gun's strength if applied like a paint.
