So been gone for awhile but I am back for a min here is some ammo I 3d printed on a whim

I’ll post more pics to this post when I locate the others mostly 68 cal

But this guy is 1.5” diameter / 39mm

And no it is not just plastic ( PETG) in This case

I based the design some what in a first strike round or better solid projectiles from rap 4 not a copy I drew up and modeled my own spin on things

But the key is it’s weight

88.28 grams or 3.15oz

The cavity in the center was filled with lead shot while printing

I have not yet shot it yet but can imagine it going out of site so I want to find something to give it a test with a decent range to see what it can do just thought I would throw that out there here are some pics

I like it... would like the .68 too (although all my paintball barrels are much larger than .68)

They can be made anysize! i made an error the one pictured is actually 1.25" or 31.75mm!! looking for the others pics now ! also interesting that your barrels are much larger then .68 +/-.009 that's the standard size varying slightly in that thousands range ie .6895 .6898 etc are you referring to made barrels i have found that the closest standard PVC to a paintball is actually 3/4" CPVC

Great stuff!

Yes it's my bought barrels that are oversize. The cpvc seems closer to paintball size.

Hi, I’m not sure if you are still monitoring this post, those red finned projectiles are awesome, where did you get the file from please. Did you print the launcher yourself and the same for that did you download the files for that.
Kind Rgds

the spring loaded fin design was from grab cad originally in the 12g size
the launcher is also a print and is called the nt-79 free on the odd see aka odysee
