Hey! So I found this the other day....they look similar to my 2.5" asco solenoid valve that I've had forever... Minus the big ass boxes on top and these are 1.5". Anybody have any experience with these? Could they be usable for pneumatic cannons or should I put em on eBay? I figured I'd ask before dismantling them. Hope this post is in the right section...I haven't been on the forums for years! Cheers.

If they're 1.5" and still fast-acting, they could work fine for smaller pneumatic setups, though you'll get less flow than your 2.5"

What does "operating pressure" mean on that valve? I see two pressure ratings, and one of them is 75 PSI and the other is 5 PSI.

Those look like older industrial solenoid valves with pilot boxes, so they could work for pneumatics if the seals are good, but they’re bulky and might sell better on eBay to someone needing replacements.

Is that a natural gas valve? If it is, the typical operating pressure is like 0.5 PSI. Which i think it says at the top of the label. "Fluid power gas valve"
Or is it a pressure reducing valve?
