To whom are you refering to as a nerdy freak? Well obviously the maker i suspect? The makers are not members here (to my knowledge) as so you are a total ass. Or the sum of or something-BOMBOMBOMB wrote:OMg dude how did you make that robot you nerdy freak
As an example- Quote; "yea we really need to band this topic"- duh?

I would of imagined he used a range of electric and mechanical components combined with some sort of material to make the outer shell. Probably some sort of cylinder thing for the wheels i would imagine.BOMBOMBOMB wrote:OMg dude how did you make that robot you nerdy freak

Yeh n have like a armour made form heaps of kevlar plates that dont neesd replace veyr often.maybe add some magnets to the bottom n fight on a steel sruface make you hard to be tipped over like in battle bots. Why not jus have a lil clik lighter with motor to lick it on n off and spray fuel into it.

MAN you need to type a bit slower lol, or something else because that was so confusing to read lol.
couldnt you just attatch a long nose lighter and make the gas bigger. then connect it to a switch? that seems like an easy way. you could case it in tubing instead of the plastic case.

Well a friend and I made a backpack mounted flame thrower a couple years back and for the flame we used a mapp or blowtorch system that was adjustable and just turned down the flame.
The tank of the torch was attached to a chamber on our back that we could fill part way with gasoline and then pump air pressure in on top of. When the valve (trigger) was released the air pressure shoved the gas out the nozzle and across the pilot flame.
Ultimately, really research what you are doing with this stuff and DO NOT scimp on certain parts that may seem extraneous, like check valves. Check valves will keep you from blowing up. If you really want the low down, pm me.

Trying to figure out how to make a SCUBA first stage regulator work for portable charging station. If only that pesky job thing didn't keep eating up all my time...

i like the bbmg idea i have the parts for one i just need a regulator for a co2 bottle and i think the torch would be the easiest way to make the pilot flame but i dont like the idea of an open flame always being on the spark gap is a good idea but the timing is going to be very hard to do unless its just continous thanks for the help ill be sure to post pics when im done
