It has been quite a while since I last visited the forums here, but I've been trying to catch up on some of the information I missed while gone. I also just started designing a new airsoft weapon, which I hope to find time to complete soon. Recently I have been learning how to use an arduino, so I am thinking of launchers that I could build that incorporate the use of one.

I definitely haven't lost interest in building launchers, I have just been really busy the past few months. Working, going to college full time, and chasing a pretty girl have occupied most of my time here recently. I haven't done anything spudgun related for a month or so, but I have been building some stuff. I received some new tools for christmas this year, so I tested them out by making some furniture for my bedroom. It doesn't look all that great, but it gets the job done.

Hopefully I will be posting some new cannon projects here in the near future.

Nice to see it's still in your blood :D

One thing though, is that television a 4" screen or is that an ENORMOUS novelty spent shotgun shell on the left?

That is in fact an enormous shotgun shell. I made it from 4" PVC pipe. I just heated the end with a heat gun and crimped it a little bit, then made a wooden base for it. After a few coats of paint, it turned out pretty well.

Sorry all my pictures are crappy quality. I will have access to a good camera soon.

I want to make some of those and just leave them laying in the woods by a tree-stand somewhere... or maybe at the local firing range.

I like how we're all obsessing over the shotgun shell when the furniture you made took ten times the effort and skill to put together. Also it appears pcguy finally fixed the spudfiles image uploader.

oh and

you're doomed.

I wouldn't say so, she's the best. I've kind of been chasing her for the last 8 years, but I'm just now catching up. The picture on the tv stand is of the two of us on top of mt. Mitchell in North Carolina.

And yes, the image uploader must have gotten fixed. I went through all the effort to upload my pictures backwards, then it ended up staying that way haha.
