No doubt that this is in a different league and for a niche market of a class of people who actually do appreciate fine engineering and materials that costs a bit more.

Should be much easier to machine too.
Aside from the material and prestige, I would be more comfortable parting with my money for something that can do more than just open bottles though.
Heck you can get a tacticool rail mounted bottle opener these days
Maybe some socket shaped holes to allow it to be used as a rudimentary spanner, a fold out saw, something along those lines.
