but like jackssmirkingrevenge said just fill parts of the shell with plaster or weights until you get the desired weight

I would suggest using fiberglass.PVC has a slight memory to it and as it cools it will pull away from the mold.

well with the CR-21 i wasn't going to make alot of detail just the shape but what im sought've moving on to now is one of my own designs which is largely based off the Enfield SA80 IW and im still gonna make the CR-21 scope god i love that scope(it's my display picture.)Anyway the whole thing is supposed to house a small cloud or inline vortex system.I want it too look neat (i.e under a shell) because im using it for skirmishes with my friends.
