I have a tank with a blow gun and I have been wanting to mod a cheap air horn to put on to my tank.
i would take the horn off of something like this

and add the horn to this
anybody know how to do that before I buy the air horn

The horn should just pop off like the nozzles on paint cans. Then look how it connects to the can and come up with simular hook up for the new chamber.
In short, use your head.

you gave me the best idea! i had an air horn off my dads old car, so i went outside and araldited a quarter inch fitting to it, and attached it to a propane bottle

its fairly loud but not loud enough

so when i get a new air compresser i will connect it up to that

What type of car did he have? Anyways thats a sweet idea and you can keep the can for an airsoft or BBMG

Raise your horns if you love metal.

Now days you can buy air horns with the air compressor built rite onto the horn. Most run off of 12v. They are on Ebay all the time for cheep compaired to retail auto parts stores.
