so, the nozzle is really important. do you guys know where to get n2o inexpensively.

I would try measureing a Esta's rocket motor's nozzel, they use formed clay inserts, and figure the nozzel size to motor size and scale up from there. n2o = www.summitracing.com maby, or even ebay.
I am a rocketer and first off i feel like i should tell you that without you Level 1 High Power Model Rocket Licens it is ilegal for you to build a hybrid rocket engine. But in the event that you do have your licens, the nozel is very important as it is where your power comes from, as jrrdw suggested clay could be used but i doubt it would hold up to the pressures that come with a hybrid rocket, so i would suggest machining your own out of something like carbon.
