if you have any rc stuff please list them i an curiose if anyone else is big into rc... i have a few rc helies from e sky and exceed also i used to be big in rc cars im saving up to get a micro t at the moment can anyone tell me if it is any good

I have got a hotbodies gt10 sport
its a 1-10 scale monster truck on nitro
if well tuned it gets up to 80km/h

I get about 35 minutes of runtime with the VXL brushless setup and a 3200mah 7.2volt NIMH humpback battery. Mah is just how much juice the battery can store (runtime). Volts is how much power (speed) the battery can dish out. Unless you have a special ESC that can take LiPo's you will ruin either the LiPo or the ESC by using LiPo. You also have to have a special charger adapter unit, or "battery balancer" which costs about 50 bucks. LiPo's do get better battery life, and they do weigh less for the equivalent NIMH mah and voltage. ESC's can easily be overwhelmed if they aren't designed for a certain amount of voltage. The VXL setup is rated for 8.4 volt LiPo's, but idk what the normal one is.

That's a good size battery pack, mah wise. Mah actually means milliamp hours. or 3.2 amp hours and as you indicated means a relative runtime for any specific load. Pull 3.2 amps consistantly and you'll run about 1 hour. For 35 minutes, looks like you are pulling an average of 5 amps or so....probably close to the limit of the battery itself.

Yeah, Millamp Hours makes sense. 5 amps sounds about right actually. I believe the motor is rated for 7. But, I believe the battery can support a higher draw than 5 amps, as it has high-flow traxxas connectors, and it isn't hot after a run. However, it would be almost pointless to use such a battery for a motor that required much more than 5. As I said before, you can get 8.2V 8400mah LiPo's for these things... EDIT: I take that back... It's 8000mah and 11.1v.

Why? If I upgrade the batteries I can get 75mph top speed and all the instant power I want! Besides, with the new electric (waterproof!) Revo.... What is so great about nitro anyways? (Besides sounding cool)

I prefer nitro because running electric vehicles is a bit like watching an action movie on mute, or putting a silencer on a black powder cannon. Nitro engines are also more powerful than brushless motors, until you start to get into the high end (EXPENSIVE) setups. Also no batteries to constantly charge (Other than receiver batteries and glow plug igniters, both of which last for hours on a single charge).
The E-Revo is nice, but it wouldn't be able to withstand my driving style, much like the Nitro Revo. Not a fan of Traxxas here.

My battery only takes about an hour to charge, and I have more than one. Electric by nature has more torque and more RPM's than nitro. But, I don't really do a ton of big air jumps like you so... Yeah.
