i know of one, complete 3d instructions for a wooden go kart, but it will suck.

You could make a fram out of 2X4'' and put some angle iron on it and mount the motor and use a rack and pion sterring on it. That is what Iam going to do.

oh,and on the note of motorised vehicles,my minibike FINALLY is finished!!!
