Gas Powered Sled

I dont have the bike anymore(nothing else really salvageable) and yes, it is a four stroke putting out about 25 horsepower. The way it is geared makes it tourquie enough to pull my 2 1/2 ton puckup up a hill as long as it has traction. The thing has anelectric start and a kick start and will fire the first time.
All the gears are heavy duty tractor gears (not shown, ive since upgraded so I could run a larger chain size that is rated for 1200 ft-lbs of tourque) that I drilled and welded myself.
Hey, if anyone is interested in one Im thinking about building them to sell (with paintjob and all circular tubing instead of angle iron, this was my prototype) I would probobly sell them for about $2500-$3500 With an new motor. If anyone is interested give me a jingle -oh, I can fully customize to your needs as well.

build a version with front wheels that spin independently from each other (no axle) and people could use them for hunting.

I would rather have a utility quad with tracks.

Just some advise, make sure the snow is hard pack with a lot of wadding to cushion the snow and perhaps a casing for the snow. I tried shooting snow a few times and the force of the cannon blew the hard pack to powder.

I highly doubt you could get those to work on a dirtbike.

that quad is 4 wheel drive. and they're too wide.

Yes the KTM is a four stroke and a beast at that!!! I love KTM's that 525 has so much tourque its unbilivable. It will go from 0-110mph in about four seconds(4.13seconds)with me leaned as far over the gas tank as possible and pulling a wheelie in sixth gear :headbang:
P.S. the 525 is a 2003 that is re jetted and the exaust is re done
The 200 two-stroke( which is just slightly slower) is a 2002 and re jetted
and I have two honda 230's that are modified to be trials bikes that are also re jetted
My favorite is the two stroke because it is such a rocketship off the line with the fly wheel i have and the low gears (it tops out at about 65-70mph) Ive been riding about three years.

In the desert on the highway, trust me it scared the living shit outta me and I will never do it again. The bike is very stabe abobe 100 acually (i have a new fork assebly for desert racing) and it didnt wobble at all, just very fast

"didnt wobble at all", the wobble is speed shake. Not really caused by speed, the cause is holding the handle bars to tightly, you try to hold them still makes it worse! If any riders reading this has that problem, loosen your grip, the bikes are well balanced, try holding just the throttle and the shakeing will disappear, and those are the facts of speed shake. WORD!

well, I've never had spped shake happen to me, I heared that tip once, but I was not sure if you would get it at 110 mph.

That technique works very well in sand, particuarly corse sand. New riders always tend to try and hold the bars as tight as possibe, when you are in sand you need to just relax and let the bike wobble ( i had a tough time with that one, it feels like your going to crash any second)
